Kia ora, I’m Kath, based in Wellington, Aotearoa, New Zealand.

I’ve always enjoyed working with people in my career which has included teaching, youth assessment and therapeutic massage. I have a passion for helping people to be the best they can possibly be. Witnessing the transformation of a family member after one session of Havening proved to be the motivation to decide to train as a Havening Practitioner. And I’m so glad I did! Seeing how Havening facilitates the release of stress, anxiety and trauma in such a gentle and seamless way has been inspiring and liberating. I am thrilled to add Havening techniques to the set of tools that I can share with others.

Havening creates a  supportive environment for neurobiological change to occur. I listen with empathy to create a non-judgemental and safe space. My approach is calm, creative, curious, and fun. The techniques are individually tailored to ensure the best outcome for the client.  Working with each person at their pace, I see healing and change occur when a client's internal experience changes.

I have found Havening helpful for clients of all ages as it helps them feel calmer and more confident, able manage everyday stresses and sleep better. Often Havening allows them to gain new insights into their issues or challenges.  In my practice, I work with clients to resolve painful memories and gently remove blockers related to trauma and neglect, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, performance anxiety, identity, self-worth, motivation and many more.

Havening allows you to have more of what you want, and less of what you don’t.

Are you wanting relief from difficult emotions?  Do you find yourself feeling stuck? Do you want to feel calmer and more peaceful? Or just curious to know more?  Please contact me if you would like to talk about how Havening Techniques might be useful for you. I’m available for in-person and Skype sessions.
